Return & Refund
We want you to love your Coconips purchase. However, if you aren’t happy with your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team within 30 days from your purchase date, and we will do whatever it takes to make it right!
- To start a Return & Refund, you can contact us at Support@coconips.com or Submit a Ticket Here.
- Upon review, we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@coconips.com.
Return & Exchange
As long as you haven’t worn your Coconips and you’re within 30 days of your original order date, take three simple steps for an exchange (see what we did there?)
- Contact us at Support@coconips.com or Submit a Ticket Here. Please include order number from your order confirmation email and your email address used to make the purchase. If you want to exchange for a different type of Coconips, let us know your preference.
- Voila! Your a delivery instruction will be emailed to you within 24-48hrs
- Peel and reseal the box your Coconips came in with your ORIGINAL CONDITION Coconips inside, slap a shipping label on, and give it to your carrier.
Only original condition Coconips can be returned or exchanged! Each pair comes in a sealed box with an additional layer of sealed bags inside. You can open the box, but once the second layer of sealed bags holding the Coconips is unsealed, they’re no longer considered in original condition.
Once your return is received we will ship the new product accordingly.

We offer a 1 time free exchange. Any additional exchanges will need to be approved and processed by our team. A $10.00 shipping fee per order will need to be paid upfront before we can process the additional exchange. Please reach out to our customer service team by email to initiate the process.
European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
